Not only do the British put on an amazing wedding where white horses trot to the beat of the march, trumpets play full force, there are beautiful flowers everywhere but it’s a glorious event and the cheers are infectious. As forerunners in pomp and pageantry, they don’t end with a great wedding but with humor.
The Brits are experts at pointing out absurdities in everyday life, it’s why I’ve become enamored with the current television show, Cold Feet and when I can stay awake, Mum.
